Infrared Vulcanization Curing Machine (12.9m)
(1) Vulcanization curing machine consist of two parts: 6.4m + 6.4m, total 12.9 meters.
(2) There are total 10 covers of the cases.
(3) The infared heating tube is at the cover of vulcanization curing channel, heating power 16 x 1.4kw.
(4) Using the Teflon transmission belt, width 110mm.
(5) The balance weight is on the both side of the vulcanization curing machine, two sides equipped with independent adjusting device.
(6) The working height of the Teflon transmission belt is 1000mm, the width of the vulcanization curing channel is 200mm.
(7) Each part of the vulcanization curing channel set a temperature control system, total 2 temperature control systems.
(8) The inner of the vulcanization curing channel using the stainless steel 304 material, outside using spraying plastic processing.
(9) The wall thickness of the vulcanization curing machine is 140mm, inner filled with insulated cotton.
(10) Driven motor power 0.5kw, transmission speed 28.5m/min, by inverter control.
