Infrared Vulcanization Curing Machine (7m)
(1) Vulcanization curing machine consist of two parts: 3.5m + 3.5m, total 7 meters.
(2) There are total 6 covers of thecases.
(3) The infrared heating tube is at the cover or both sides of inner vulcanization curing channel, heating power 12 x 1kw.
(4) The infrared heating tube is at the bottom or cover of the vulcanization curing channel, heating power 6 x 1kw.
(5) Using the steel strip transmission belt, width 110mm.
(6) The hand wheel of adjusting steel strip transmission belt is on the both sides of the vulcanization curing machine, equipped with tensioning device.
(7) The working height of the steel strip transmission belt is 1000mm, the width of the vulcanization curing channel is 200mm.
(8) Each part of the vulcanization curing channel set a temperature control system, total 2 temperature control systems.
(9) The inner of the vulcanization curing channel using the stainless steel 304 material, outside using spraying plastic processing.
(10) The insulated wall thickness of the vulcanization curing machine is 140mm, inner filled with insulated cotton.
